This menu is used to create a new Airfoil or new Design.
It has two sub menus.
Design
Airfoil
The Design sub menu will open the Design List screen if not already open, then it will prompt the user if they would like to use the Wing Design Wizard to create a new wing.

The Airfoil sub menu will open the Airfoil List screen if not already open, then it will prompt the user to add an airfoil manually or use the NACA Airfoil wizard to create a new airfoil.
